What is alchemy?

Most believe alchemy was the start of chemistry

The scientists that studied chemicals believed that they were magical some know that the alchemists were focused, as most of us heard about, it is on turning some ordinary metal, like lead, iron into some precious metal, gold, or that they sought to make the Philosopher’s Stone. You may also think that alchemy is a complicated science used to make magic. However, alchemy is the meditative science of transforming, which includes physical matters and spiritual aspects.

The physical aspects are not fixed and where there are agreed-upon tendencies, the physical realities will follow the blueprint of the higher realities, such as a thought. So, it is more like accessing the higher realities and alter the blueprint, or to say, shift the mind. The physical realities will change to fit the blueprint.

Alchemy can go much further than just the physical process of transforming something from fixed physical properties. It can also apply to the process of you turning yourself into the perfect state. It represents yourself transforming from the ordinary to an enlightened being. It was something the alchemist in the distant past very hesitant to share, Going further, alchemy was believed to be the practice to create the entire reality with thought. The internal alchemy shall always be the leader of the external alchemy.

There is a suggestion that alchemy dates back to 12,000 years ago in Egypt, though most of the documents and records that we have are from medieval times when scientists use chemical terms to keep from being burnt at the stake. Alchemy indeed has a wide array of contributions to modern science such as medicine, chemistry, and physical science. The alchemist supports the goal of reaching enlightenment in seven distinct processes.

We will talk about the 7 steps of alchemy now.

1. Calcination — dreadful kali:

To calcine something, simply saying, is to burn it until it’s reduced to ashes. the burning flames purified the object. It’s believed that it’s crucial to remove it from the inner selves. That way we will step up into a new level of spirituality later.

2. Dissolution — adonis rebuilt:

Dissolution is the transformation of a substance by immersing it in a liquid. The operation demand a cycle of meditation, and which is believed crucial for the success dilution into a fluid condition. “The consequence of true meditation is an accurate perception that all things within us and in creation are fundamental of the same primal substance. The operation occurs in the interior to opening-up our energy channels, recharging every single cell.

3. Separation — anima natura:

In this stage, the alchemist separates and filters the products of dissolution. The separation of the elements allows us to observe them more clearly. Their true nature and shape are finally exposed to us both physically and spiritually. The violence of reality might find us off guard, but this could be the only true way to move forward. The light may hurt our eyes at first but will soon reveal our paths.

4. Conjunction — FU HSI:

The separated elements demand a new combination to find the balance. We used male and female principles here. The conjunction provides a bed for the royal marriage between the Sun (the male) and the Moon (the female) which is the improvement and evolution of the spiritual self in its search for perfection.

5. Fermentation — primavera:

The stage of Fermentation is also a metaphor for pregnancy and fecundation. The first step we take the “father” and the “mother” to break down and decompose, They die so the child can be born, their bodies will be the fertilizer for the seed. In the second part, the conjunction child is born, which transfers the old nature to the new nature.

6. Distillation — KAFKA:

Distillation is the process of boiling the elixirs to increase purity. There are no impurities left, the environment for a spiritual apotheosis is attained.

7. Co-augulation — AKH:

In the step of co-augulation. The perfect substance is found. Most physically, we observe a fluid state change into a thickened mass. The maturity is finally achieved and the body, spirit, and soul find the perfect balance between themselves. We watch the rebirth of a beautiful new being.
